In our busy schedule, it is always a pain to remember the due dates of all the bills that we have to pay for a month. We have to carry a paper around which contains the bill details, their due dates and mess-up our self. The matter gets worse when you miss to pay a bill especially when it comes to important things like Credit Card Due, Electricity, Insurance or Telephone bills. The bill details can be exported to HTML or TEXT format for future reference.
Now Due Date Manager v5.0 features a Professionally Designed Desktop Companion with which you can easily enter the details at your Desktop PC and later have them synched with your Pocket PC Edition to save Tap & Time.
Recurring Dues:
Due Date Manager makes it simple when comes to adding a Recurring Due.
The Recurrence types can be Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly with various recurrence patterns for each type (for example, a due can be added to occur at every third Sunday of February for next 10 years). The recurring Dues can be modified and deleted in a group or individually.
Due List View - a rich list control yet easy to understand:
The Due List View on both Desktop & Pocket PC side displays each due withvarious text colours to identify paid, unpaid (past, today & future) Duesto identify them quickly.
The recurring dues and paid dues do haveadditional icons to differentiate them from the normal dues.
i) Paid Items are displayed in Gray Colour to notify you that theDue has been paid.
ii) Unpaid Dues who's Due Date has passed will be displayed in Red Colour giving them the highpriority when you view.
iii) Unpaid Dues who's Due Date falls on Today (the Current Day) aredisplayed in Blue Colour.
iv) Unpaid Dues who's Due Date is yet to come (future) aredisplayed in Black Colour.

The Due Date Manager Desktop Companion makesyour life simple by providing a feature to export your Dues to Excel Formatusing MS Excel Automation functionality. The Generated Excel file has a detailed list on Due List sheet and a very useful Graphical ChartRepresentation on the other sheet. So its now just a click away to giveyour data a graphical representation.
Export Your Dues to MS Word Format
Export the Due Details to MS Word Format(along with or without Notes) for Printing Purpose. Works on all version of MSOffice Packages (including latest MS Word 2007). You can also export Your Dues to Portable Document Format(PDF) & HTML format for desktop backup.
